RESOLVED – DIGI-WIFI/XA version 5.01 (for use on EURO 46):

Intermittent WIFI Connection on panel commissioning

We wanted to send an updated technical bulletin to make you aware that the issue identified where a small percentage of the DIGI-WIFI/XA communicators were not functioning correctly out of the box, has now been fixed.
 
We have restocked the distribution channels with updated products and these should now be available for sale from your chosen point of purchase.
 
The new version for the DIGI-WIFI/XA is V5.02. Version numbers can be found on the label on the product packaging.
