Discontinuation Notice

HomeControl+

HomeControl+ will soon be removed from stores for new downloads however, we will continue to support with updates until the discontinuation date in June 2022. Any installations after it is removed from the stores will need to use HomeControl2.0 (July 2021). 

The next update, alongside stability updates, will feature an advertisement for HomeControl2.0 (which can be seen on the right) to alert end users to the new application and the need to upgrade.

To make this transition as easy as possible for both you and your customers, the advertisement will also include a link to our step-by-step video that walks users through everything they need to do to, to upgrade from HomeControl+ and get started with HomeControl2.0.

Why upgrade? As well as being built on a completely new interface resulting in a great new modern look and feel, HomeControl2.0 brings with it brand-new features never seen before in HomeControl+ such as Geofencing and Biometric Login.

HomeControl2.0 will also be developed in the future to include Cameras and other improvements, bringing with it a whole host of new functionality.

Geofencing capabilities

Set up the Geofencing feature to use as a push notification reminder to arm and disarm your system when exiting and entering the Geofence area.

Biometric login (FaceID/Touch ID (iOS) and Android equivalents)

Logging into the system has never been easier or simpler with biometric login (facial recognition/fingerprint) available on both iOS and Android. With HomeControl2.0 there’s no need to enter the user code every time you open the app.
